Support UGA Miracle and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta

Dear UGA CHEERS,

I was asked to participate in a “date auction” put on by UGA Miracle, an organization that raises money for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. As a participant, I will be representing the cheerleading team (one person from every athletic team is chosen to be auctioned off). Although it’s called an auction, I am in charge of raising the money that will be used to “bid” on me. I am asking for your help because this is one of the first times that a cheerleader has been asked to participate and I think that we could do an amazing job of raising more money than any other team! The auction takes place next Thursday, October 6th. If you wish to donate and are coming to the game this weekend, I will collect cash donations or checks written to “UGA Miracle.” If you can not make it to the game this weekend but still want to donate, please send a check or cash to your child to pass on to me. If you’d like to send your donation directly to me, I’ll put my address at the end of this email. Last year, we raised almost 200 dollars so it’d be great to match that amount or even beat it! Thanks so much for helping support the cheerleading team, myself, and most of all, UGA Miracle and the Children.
